SUMMARY:Winds of Change
DESCRIPTION:There is an ancient Chinese proverb that goes: “When the wind of change blows\, some people build walls\, others build windmills.” Change can sometimes cause us to become frightened. We may think staying with the same course is a good idea\, even when a more fruitful or favorable alternative awaits us. \nI invite you to practice dropping judgements\, releasing inhibitions\, letting go of resistance to change\, and going with the flow. Every dance is an opportunity to explore new territory with our self and with others\, through an intentional movement journey that opens the doors to heightened levels of feeling\, expression\, and discovery. Let’s make room for change and evolution – let’s give it a try together and be adventurous. Even if it feels edgy\, we can discover newness and change in our bodies\, in our hearts\, and with one another. \n\nPre-registration is highly recommended. We have limited capacity.
