SUMMARY:Metamorphosis
DESCRIPTION:Invitation: Metamorphosis \nThe intention is to honor the passing of winter into the spring season where new growth\,  connections\, and directions abound. This is a time to reflect on those things that have passed away in the depths of winter and the lessons we’ve learned in the process of letting go. In its place we have an opportunity to create new intentions\, goals and collaborations. \nCome dance to the rhythms of nature. Sing and dance and embrace the suffering and pain and let it move through you into the courage and strength that lifts your eyes to the sky. The grandmothers and grandfathers invite us to sing… “earth my body\, water my blood\, air my breath\, fire my spirit.” \nWe are all in this dance of life together. Let’s not waste the time we’ve been given waiting on the sidelines for the change that lives inside us and through us. \nMicah (DJ Mikaya) Swabb will be playing a live dj mix. His mixes can be found at: https://soundcloud.com/mikayaswabb.
