SUMMARY:Opening to What Is
DESCRIPTION:Opening to What Is\nFriday\, August 25th \nGuest Facilitator: Stacey Butcher\nSupporting Facilitator: Marta Martín \n\nThe invitation for our time together is to say “yes” to what is in this moment…and this moment…and this moment. Turning our hearts toward and moving with whatever arises rather than pushing it away or trying to change it.  Let’s take this opportunity on the dance floor to breathe it\, move it and give it life.\nAs Gabrielle Roth said\, “Put the psyche in motion\, and it will heal itself.”
