SUMMARY:Choices
DESCRIPTION:Choices\nFriday\, March 1st\n\nGuest DJ: Eduardo Arias\nSupporting Facilitator: Marta Martin \nIn the dawn of newfound clarity\, a path unfolds anew\,\nA journey from shadows\, to a life honest and true.\nOnce lost in a haze\, where choices seemed so dim\,\nI found my strength\, in the courage within. \nI’ve left behind the storm\, that brewed in every glass\,\nEmbraced the cold embrace\, of waters clear and vast.\nEach plunge\, a choice to cleanse\, to renew my spirit’s call\,\nIn the icy depths\, I found the will to stand tall. \nWith every step\, every breath\, I choose to rise\, not fall\,\nTo lace my shoes\, and face the day\, answering wellness’ call.\nThe path is mine to tread\, with determination in my stride\,\nFor in the choices of today\, my future’s hope does abide. \nNo longer a prisoner to the night\, nor to regret’s endless churn\,\nI’ve chosen a brighter path\, at every twist and turn.\nThe warmth of sobriety\, a beacon in the night\,\nGuiding me forward\, with its gentle\, guiding light. \nIn the gym’s quiet echo\, or the road’s steady beat\,\nI find my rhythm\, my heart’s own steadfast feat.\nEach drop of sweat\, a testament\, to the battles I’ve won\,\nUnder the watchful eye\, of the rising sun. \nFor today is the canvas\, on which tomorrow is painted\,\nWith strokes of choices made\, and the vices acquainted.\nI weave my future\, with threads of present deeds\,\nPlanting tomorrow’s hopes\, like a gardener sows his seeds. \nSo here I stand\, at the helm of my own fate\,\nChoosing paths that uplift\, that heal\, that liberate.\nFor in the power of now\, in the choices I embrace\,\nI find the strength to journey\, to a brighter\, hopeful place.
