SUMMARY:Dance As Medicine @ Haw Creek Commons
DESCRIPTION:Dance As Medicine\nFriday\, September 19th\nGuest DJ: Stacey Butcher\nSupporting Facilitator: Rory Jagdeo \nWhen we step onto the dance floor\, we enter a living medicine circle. Every beat\, every breath\, every gesture becomes part of the healing we offer ourselves and one another. \nThis dance is an invitation to move what’s inside — to shake loose old stories\, to soften what feels tight\, to energize what feels tired\, and to remember the body’s natural wisdom. \nTogether\, we’ll create a space where movement is not performance but remedy — a way to restore balance\, free the heart\, and reconnect with what makes us most alive. \nCome as you are. Leave a little lighter\, a little clearer\, a little more whole.
