Simply transformed. Solid becomes fluid. Rigid becomes free. \nWe are living in a time that asks us to stay hard. To hold shape. To keep it together. And quietly\, without always noticing\, parts of us have frozen in place — waiting for the right conditions to let go. \nThis Sunday morning\, we create those conditions together. Through music\, through movement\, through the simple radical act of showing up and being witnessed — we offer ourselves and each other the warmth needed to reach that point. The singular moment where something in us softens\, releases\, and remembers how to flow.
