May each one loosen now. Though it once held you together and made you strong\, it binds you where you no longer need to be bound. \nSomething greater holds you now. May this knot loosen\, and this\, and this. \nA blessing on your unraveling that feels a little like insanity. You’re not going mad. May the sun warm the places that were tied so tight it felt like suffocating. And now that it is safe\, to soften\, to loosen\, to breathe\, fill your lungs with the oxygen of freedom. Exhale.
