SUMMARY:Improvised Movement Symphony
DESCRIPTION:Intention: I craft waves with the intention of pressing every button that needs pressing within the dancing body\, to make sure there is a space for every feeling and every movement that wants or needs to be experienced. \nI hold the container with blend of reverence for the deep importance of the guidelines and irreverence for the ridiculous absurdity of the human condition. \nCome along if you’re looking to dance or to grow\, to cry or to laugh. You are loved. \n-Michael\n(he/she/they – however you experience me)

SUMMARY:Cosmic Mother
DESCRIPTION:Artwork by MANZEL BOWMAN \nPoem to the Cosmic Mother by Danny Peebles \nRain falls within\, washing my thoughts into streams and rivers\nFlooding mountains and valleys – dancing joyously\, ecstatically\nto the release – the emptying\nInto the Great Ocean of Her.\nWashing\, cascading\, pushing\, enfolding\,\nUnfolding me – I am Her Wave\nRising\,\nFalling\,\nAppearing\,\nDisappearing!\nMy soul births the light of a thousand smiling stars\nLaughing — I receive that light – and give the universe\nTo myself – and then give – give till it aches and pounds and screams\nMy chest wide open – love bursting every pore\, every molecule\,\nBecoming every past\, every future upon the quantum necklace\nThat drapes deliciously around Her Cosmic Heart. \n\nMicah’s dj mixes are available for free streaming at Soundcloud.com/mikayaswabb.\n  \nPre-registration is highly recommended. We have limited capacity.
