While discernment and boundaries are necessary to protect ourselves from harm\, I am filled with gratitude for one of the greatest gifts we have been given: the boundlessness of the heart and its limitless capacity to expand! Beyond the confines of our physicality and our emotions\, the heart extends far into the unseen realms\, and is part of the oneness of all things. \nOur animal bodies have  the remarkable ability to hold a vast range of emotions from profound joy\, deep sorrow\, fierce passion and gentle tenderness. Through the heart we can navigate the complexities of our inner landscape with grace and resilience\, and create profound shifts within ourselves and in the world around us. \nBeyond emotions\, the heart is a source of unconditional love that transcends boundaries\, cultures\, and differences. It has the capacity to radiate warmth and acceptance to all beings\, fostering connection\, understanding\, and unity. \nThe heart’s boundlessness is connection to the divine\, the portal through which we access our intuition\, higher wisdom\, and universal consciousness\, tapping into the collective energy of love and the oneness that permeates all existence. \nLet’s celebrate the boundless nature of the heart! In connecting with the rhythm of our beating hearts\, the music\, and our creative expression\, perhaps we will experience a sense of liberation\, of freedom\, and connection to ourselves\, to each other\, and to the infinite of our collective heart.
