They have felt that being at the dance was like coming home. That is the beautiful thing about this experience here — you can connect with a caring dance community where you can feel safe and not judged. Here\, in the stillness of your heart\, you can bask in the familiar\, delicious delight and exquisite sensation that you are truly home!

Feeling safe? \nTrust can feel simple\, without story\, and easy knowing there is an unconditional acceptance and friendliness there. Our heart is soft\, involved\, and open. \nOn the other hand\, trust can feel hard\, complicated\, and riddled with stories. Questions arise: “What if I get hurt again?” “What if I’m disappointed?” “What if I’m not trustworthy?” Our heart seems hardened\, disconnected and closed. \nIn Dance\, it’s easy to see both of these playing out. When I am in a great inner space\, I feel safe\, trusting\, open\, and available to play.
