We recognize that our individual wyrd is a thread woven into the larger fabric of existence\, creating a beautiful and harmonious dance of diverse souls.\n\n\nIn this space of acceptance and celebration\, we acknowledge that our wyrd is not something to be hidden or suppressed\, but a treasure to be cherished and explored. DESCRIPTION:Trust\nFriday\, August 18th \nFacilitator: Rory Jagdeo \n\nWhat is the core essence of trust? Is it faith? Commitment? Surrender? Feeling safe? \nTrust can feel simple\, without story\, and easy knowing there is an unconditional acceptance and friendliness there. Our heart is soft\, involved\, and open. \nOn the other hand\, trust can feel hard\, complicated\, and riddled with stories. Questions arise: “What if I get hurt again?” “What if I’m disappointed?” “What if I’m not trustworthy?” Our heart seems hardened\, disconnected and closed. \nIn Dance\, it’s easy to see both of these playing out. When I am in a great inner space\, I feel safe\, trusting\, open\, and available to play. When I’m in a funk\, it’s more challenging at first to connect\, feel free\, or playful. \nThis Friday at Dance\, let’s co-create safety that gives us strength to trust and surrender\, to free-fall into faith\, and to be held by the vast arms of each other and the universe. \nTo trust\, to let go\, as freedom we vibe with the flow of the cosmic rhythm\, being moved and led.
