SUMMARY:Purification
DESCRIPTION:Purification\nFacilitator: Cat Hay \nTo a pure heart all hearts are pure. \n— Mahatma Gandhi\n\nThe offering up or cleaning up ego stuff is called purification. Purification is the act of letting go. This is done out of discriminative awareness. That is\, you understand that you are an entity passing through a life in which the entire drama is an offering for your awakening.\n— Ram Dass\n\n\nMay this dance be pure and purifying.\n\nYou can hear more of Cat’s mixes at https://soundcloud.com/purrriestess.

SUMMARY:Dream Dance
DESCRIPTION:Dream Dance \nFriday\, October 6th\nFacilitator: Rory Jagdeo\n\n\nI wrote the song Dream Dance to depict a New World free of hate – free of wars with one of peace\, love\, harmony as we dance all day and all night. \nIn this dance on Friday\, see if you feel the peace – the love – the harmony deep inside as you dance. Come and let’s find out!!! \nDream Dance\n– Lyrics by Rory Jagdeo \nIn another time; In another place\nThere was love; as our guide\nNo one rules; only peace and love\nFreedom reigns; across the sky\nWe dance all night we dance all day\nNo more war; only harmony \nThe Light of love flows down upon our souls\nThe air of freedom we breathe from the past\nAnd Love will find the way – to our souls \nIn our dreams; our spirits are free\nRoaming beyond the seven seas\nWith a gentle touch; and a warm embrace \nThe Energy flows; through and through\nWe dance all night; we dance all day\nThe Sweat pours down; purifies our souls\nThe Light of love flows down upon our souls\nThe air of freedom we breathe from the past\nAnd Love will find the way – to our souls \nhttps://youtu.be/NZcRUzbC55M?si=QecV0CjnrkvfwPXb

SUMMARY:Roots
DESCRIPTION:Roots\nSunday\, October 15th\nFacilitator: Marta Martín \nMost of us are aware of the nature of trees in the forest. Each has a root system of its own but when growing together\, they communicate with each other in beneficial underground connection. As humans we also create root systems often not intentionally.  Music is a great example of how our roots interconnect. As we move on the dance floor\, we are invited to notice our own roots and connect to the collective roots. How do we nourish and nurture each other without competition?

SUMMARY:Figures of Darkness & Light
DESCRIPTION:Figures of Darkness & Light\nFriday\, October 27th\nFacilitator: Lanie McKeever Anderson\n\nOne does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light\, but by making the darkness conscious.\n― Carl Gustav Jung \nCome explore the pieces and parts of us who dance in the liminal spaces of our minds\, bodies\, hearts\, and souls at this moment in time.
