Time to cry\, to grieve\, to feel your feelings. \nIn addition to time\, we also need space. Creating sacred space can be as simple as a candle in the windowsill or arranging a shelf that holds objects that are precious to you\, or decluttering and rearranging your furniture to clear the energy of your room.  These open us up to universal flow where we can more easily tap into our creativity in all aspects of our lives.
