Evergreen has ADA compliant/wheelchair accessibility onsite to enter the building, as well as special needs access to bathroom and water facilities. We always put out mats, and chairs are available if needed.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.

For anyone who has difficulty making it to the dance on time due to personal reasons, we are happy to accommodate. Indicate to us your needs through the options provided in preregistration. Or email .

Because of the limited parking now that the lower lot at Evergreen Community School is not accessible, we’re trying out a rideshare group!  Both a great way to connect with friends as well as reduce carbon footprint and conserve fossil fuels and funds!  If you’re open to sharing rides or looking for them, please join the Telegram group here:  https://t.me/+gwsHOVVoE4c5M2Zh

A reminder to the community that all dances are low fragrance events.  Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other strong scents, and please shower and wear clean clothes.

Our space is inclusive to all. Let us know if you have any feedback on inclusivity for AMC.
