To be ALIVE is to FULLY embrace WHO YOU ARE.
So often we forget who we are and numb ourselves off so that we can endure living a life that is dead, without heart, color, or feeling.
We have learned to separate out and bury all the colorful sparkly pieces of ourselves for fear of being rejected, punished, shamed, or abandoned.But what if none of that’s true?
What if I told you the worst is over now? Would you believe me?
This Sunday, I invite you allow yourself to come alive in all the ways you have let yourself die over the years.
Whatever parts of you have died are now invited to come ALIVE so you can dance with them. They have been waiting for you.
Bring what has held you back from your own life, place it on the altar in your hearts eye, come ALIVE, and set yourself FREE!

2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance
