Through breath, rhythm, and freeform movement, let’s explore the body as a lens—adjusting the aperture of awareness to let in more light, more truth, more presence, and more freedom.

About Jeannie Adair {Leontine}: I craft music mixes as healing journeys, weaving stories of connection and resilience through global rhythms and voices. I believe in the power of somatic movement to heal body and soul, and as a pathway to deeper awareness and expanded consciousness. For me this sacred practice of embodiment supports our connection to source and to each other.
