Invitation: Center of the Heart
Poets and philosophers have written about the Heart extensively and have concluded that the Heart is our emotional center. It is the place that tells us the truth, gives us freedom, guides us, and fosters our connections in life. Perhaps that is why we use phrases such as: “I love you with all my heart,” “You are in my heart,” “My heart feels for you,” “Listen to your heart,” and “Open your heart” to name a few.
In this dance today, imagine the center of your heart as an infinite dance space where you feel warmth and connection that is sacred. Let’s find out what lies within the center of our Hearts.
