ContaKids is a playful movement practice (active in 35 countries!) where parents and children connect through physical contact: fostering trust, communication, and joy.
While children develop motor skills and self-confidence, parents reconnect with their bodies and learn to trust both themselves and their child.
Cost: Free!
Contakids teacher Tiffany will be facilitating games and elements of supported contact improvisation, while celebrating autonomous movement for all.
