Curiosity is the desire to learn or know about anything . Curiosity and motivation seem to be essential to our being productive, healthy, and happy. It also has proven to increase dopamine production in our bodies. Can we imagine walking the world with curiosity? What if we did not take things for granted or at face value?
Dancing with curiosity can help us notice new ways of moving, new directions to explore, different ways to view ourselves and others. Being curious together can help us create a world of magic and purpose.
