This Women’s Ecstatic Dance will be a dive into the healing and grounding presences of our lineages and the ancient Grandmothers and Grandfathers who preceded us. If we go far back enough in time, these ancient, indigenous ancestors existed beyond the divisions that exist now—they existed in harmony and interconnection with each other and our natural world.

We exist because of the strength and perseverance of the ancestors and ancestresses who came before. Without their lives, their pain, their joys, however they were expressed–we simply would not be here. It is with this in mind that Life exists as a testimony and remembrance of how we all have navigated pain and joy–how we all share the burdens and gifts of many lives lived on this Earth. And have survived.

What would it be like to call on your loving and powerful, ancient Grandmothers and Grandfathers into the dance with you? To have them gather and dance with you, sharing their blessings, their presence, and their strength as part of your inherent birthright?

And here’s another thought: What would it be like to experience Life going forward, knowing you are not alone and can receive their whispers of wisdom and guidance with you anytime?
