Drawing inspiration from one of my favorite Neil Finn / Crowded House songs, join me for an evening of movement to embrace our life’s ever-changing nature and impermanence. We will tend to the myriad of emotions that visit our bodies and experiences throughout just one day: from joy to sorrow, hope to despair. Maybe we will become curious about any shifts in our bodies, minds, and spirits as we attune to the changes in rhythm, within and without. Perhaps we are becoming the change we want to see in the world.
