Life is a dance and we are all dancing all the time. Indeed, we are born of movement. From early on in our lives, movement expresses what we discover in the world. Dance is an incredibly powerful tool for introspection and deep self-exploration. When you dance, you have the opportunity to experience the past, the present, and the future…sometimes all at once. Dance helps you track where you’ve been, where you’re going, and who you are becoming — to experience your life as a FULL CIRCLE!
What have YOU experienced in the last year?? What have you let go of and what have you gained??
Let’s use this dance as an opportunity for deep reflection. Let’s use the music and the dance as a catalyst to free ourselves even more of things that no longer serve us for the journey ahead. This is a chance to celebrate and mourn and honor everything our bodies and our minds have experienced this past year.
A chance to come FULL CIRCLE.
