Gratitude is a healing, life-affirming, and uplifting human experience that shifts us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what is positive in our lives.
In this dance we tap into our feelings.
We breathe together.
We feel our body, on the floor, in the dance space.
We notice our community holding our dance container.
A container of safety to express.
And if it feels right to you, we invite you to open your heart and reflect on,
What in your life are you grateful for?
What blessings have you received this year?
Who has the universe provided you with that makes your life brighter?
And with that knowledge, as we move,
We invite you to let those blessings and feelings of gratitude
fill you up with love and a deepening sense of connection to the world around.

1st WAVE, 8:30 am warm-up & 9:00 am dance
2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance

Door will close at the beginning of opening circle.
