Dance calls us to lead from the heart. Drop in and feel what’s present in the depths of your beautiful heart space and allow it to guide you. What would like to be expressed? What layers are wanting to be shed? In this sacred container, you are invited to open the currents of your heart and ride the wave as it rises, falls, flows, tumbles and expands.
Facilitator Notes
Kristikka discovered five rhythms in Los Angeles in the 90s but it wasn’t until she landed in Austin that this practice took hold of her in a big way. Now, after decades of dancing, she’s stepping into facilitating this sacred practice by training with the ecstatic dance OG O’skar Madera and mentoring with DJ Esme. She DJ’d her first wave in San Antonio, Tx. before relocating to the Asheville area in 2023.
