Facilitator's Invitation
Home
Sunday, August 3rd
Facilitator: Sara Bensman
They say that home is where the heart is, but home is ripe with metaphor.
It might be…
a nest,
a refuge,
a fortress,
native lands,
an ecosystem,
the Garden of Eden,
the person you love,
one’s own soul.
How encompassing can your home be?
How wide, deep, specific, internal, global?
This journey is an exploration of what home feels like to you, how you express and experience it and how you show it love.
Facilitator Notes
Sara’s mix-making arises from musical exploration. She seeks to understand energy through somatic responses to sonic vibrations. Her facilitation is propelled by a desire to help build and sustain community by creating a safe, loving container for self-expression, connection and release.
