Are you becoming aware of the way that you speak to yourself? Are you being your own critic? Or are you speaking to yourself with love, compassion, and support?

So, this Sunday morning, I invite you just to go within and start to notice – notice your inner voice – notice if it is being loving and compassionate or just a meanie pants.

In this dance, just be aware and notice – that is all you have to do.

AMC Notes

1st WAVE, 8:30 am warm-up & 9:00 am dance
2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance
