Imagine our existence like Russian nesting dolls: Your deepest self, the Atman, is the smallest doll. This soul essence, the core of your “I Am” is nestled within larger layers: your physical body, your energy body, the Earth, our galaxy, and ultimately, the biggest doll, Brahman, which is the spirit of all that is, all pervading pure consciousness. Atman is the smallest doll, and Brahman is the largest, yet they are both present within each other, and one and the same.

In the space between these layers, there’s a vastness and a deep connectedness, a space where we can effortlessly float in present awareness. We live within these layers from Atman to Brahman, and each one a vessel that allows us to experience life’s fullness, to feel, to move, to create, to love. I invite you to dive into the deepest parts of yourself, exploring the layers, and let your eternal essence express itself through your body’s movement, floating in the womb of the cosmos, held, cradled and connected in every way.
