So many spiritual teachers have spoken about peace and that it is an inside job. If we want more peace in the world, we need to cultivate that and ground it deeper within ourselves. The intention of this dance is to surrender and dissolve anything that creates disharmony within us. Let’s generate a felt sense of peace that we can send into the Earth and the ether.
Facilitator Notes
Kristikka loves creating a sacred container that takes you on an inward journey utilizing rhythm to move us from quiet embodiment to chaos and down into stillness and integration. She feels that movement is medicine, weaving intention and a rich blend of world beats where it’s possible to be with what is and open to what wants to be seen, felt and moved.
