As we enter the Year of the Fire Horse, we ride forward from the shedding of the snake—leaving behind what no longer serves and take bold, heart-led action from our deepest truth and alignment. This is movement born not of obligation, but of instinct, vision, and inner fire. It’s a potent time to ignite your creative spirit and bring your gifts into form. On this ecstatic wave, we gather in play, freedom, and fierce authenticity—galloping into the mystery together. Let’s put the giddy in giddy up as we ride through the rhythms.
Facilitator Notes
Kristikka loves creating a sacred container that takes you on an inward journey utilizing rhythm to move us from quiet embodiment to chaos and down into stillness and integration. She feels that movement is medicine, weaving intention and a rich blend of world beats where it’s possible to be with what is and open to what wants to be seen, felt and moved.
