Everything is vibration. Every atom, every heartbeat, every thought hums at its own frequency. And light is what lets a frequency rise.
We look up at the sun and assume it burns on its own.

But nothing shines alone. Somewhere below, a single ember sends its warmth upward in a thousand quiet threads. Each thread is a signal, a pulse of energy that lifts the sun higher. The sun is only as bright as the light it receives.

We are the same. We don’t climb to a higher frequency by force. We get tuned there by light: a person who sees us clearly, a sound that cracks something open, a moment of stillness, a memory that still glows. Light carries everything a body needs to vibrate higher. It brings warmth, clarity, direction, and the courage to keep burning when the world goes dark.

Without it, we fall quiet. With it, we resonate.
