Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. Each dance offers an opportunity to refresh our practice, allowing the music to move us and create space for deeper connection—both with ourselves and our community. Micah is curating a set that will span a diverse range of musical genres, including downtempo, global bass, tropical bass house, organica, lyrical partner dance tracks, and, finally, ending in ambient soundscapes.

About DJ Mikaya: Micah “Mikaya” Swabb began his ecstatic dance DJ journey 14 years ago as the founder and resident DJ of Dance Church Maui. After that chapter ended in 2019, he relocated to Asheville, where he has been a regular DJ and facilitator for various ecstatic dance gatherings in and around the area. His catalog of over 80 eclectic ecstatic dance journeys can be streamed for free at soundcloud.com/mikayaswabb, where he enjoys engaging with listeners.
