We are constantly bombarded with changes and as we get older, it becomes more and more intense and even harder to embrace. We are faced with our own physical and spiritual changes, not to mention technological and economic changes forced upon us by the “System”. The breaking point can happen, and thus we need a reset.
Why do we need a reset in life? It is an opportunity to heal, to let go of the old and create the new.
Let’s use this dance as a starting point to gather with a caring community – to feel safe and be your true authentic self. Laugh out loud, dance with all your heart, practice gratitude, meditate in the flow, take a break, give yourself some tender loving care, and sweat your prayers.
