Home is not a place—it is a feeling, a state of being where we are safe to welcome every part of ourselves. In your heart, “home” may feel like warmth and belonging, and it might also hold longing, fears, and unanswered questions. This is the sanctuary where all of you resides—the joyful, the tender, the wounded, the unresolved.
These parts of us carry the stories of who we are and who we’ve been. Some seek clarity, others healing. To create a sanctuary within is to sit with these questions, not to force answers. Let’s honor their unfolding with acceptance. It is here, in this sacred space of patience and compassion, that we learn the wisdom of our emotions and remember the wholeness we already are.
I invite you to dance into the depths of your emotional home. Together, let’s honor the unsolved mysteries within, creating a sanctuary of love, safety, and connection through our breath, our movement, and the awareness of one another.
