Self-Expression
Sunday, October 19th
Facilitator: Rory Jagdeo
You were born for greatness
I just hope
You know it
You are filled with a good treasure
Your speech is so charming
As a well spoken poet
Indeed you’re elegant and the Whole world needs to know it.
~Angel A. Lockwood
In this dance this morning, feel free to move in ways never experienced before, without judgement, and to express emotions through physical movement.
Facilitator Notes
Rory stepped into Ecstatic Dance in Houston, TX for the first time in 2014 and believes in the power of dance to transform and bring a healthier, happier, and connected lifestyle. Rory found a home with AMC in 2021 knowing it was a magical place where all these elements live and thrive. He is on a journey to continually provide a safe and energized space for all to experience the magic of music through the full expression of movement.
