In our journey through life, we often encounter societal conditioning that urges us to shrink, to step back, and not take up space. Yet, within us lies an immense power, a radiant light yearning to expand and shine brightly. This dance is an invitation to embrace both the expansion and contraction within us, to honor the ebb and flow that mirror the cycles of nature.
Together, we will dance through these cycles, embodying the powerful balance of expansion and contraction.
This dance is a space to reclaim our power, to move boldly, and to embrace the natural rhythms that connect us to the universe and each other.
The intention for this event is a safe haven for women to come together in community. To connect deeply within. And to liberate themselves in their full spectrum of feeling and embodied expression.
** Please note that the dance starts at Warm up. The doors close promptly at Opening Circle and any that come late will be turned away. Please be on time to ensure a safe and secure container. **
