Many movement practices connect with and honor the 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether.
Each element has unique aspects and invitations to moving our bodies.
The invitation for this dance:
· Begin with the element of EARTH. Connecting to the deepest of the earth core while moving our feet across the room and using rounded movements.
· Feel our inner FIRE. Moving hips, shoulders, knees in sharp, linear motions.
· Allow the power of WATER to cleanse and change us.
· We may open our wings and take flight to let the element of air lift us in celebration.
· Finally, we will connect with our own spirit and the element of ETHER as we return to stillness.

1st WAVE, 8:30 am warm-up & 9:00 am dance
2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance

Door will close at the beginning of opening circle.
