Join me this Sunday for another sweet exploration of how this practice drops us into so many places–our bodies, this land, this planet, the myriad interconnections with our Brothers and Sisters, our beyond Human beings–places that are sometimes blissfully free of busy-ness and chatter. The sweetest place to drop into these days is our present, curious, compassionate, and groovy Heart Space.
The Heart can contain and transform it ALL – the bumps, the grinds, the dips, the jumps, and the smooth rides in stillness. It is INDEED a very groovy place to dance from. See you on the dance floor!
