Our bodies remember our ancestors’ deep relationship with caves. A place of refuge, a canvas for storytelling, a site for ceremony, an invitation into mystery and the unknown depths…. long have caves been metaphors for birth, death, and the important inward journey into the dark places.

Here as the Winter night closes in, and the season of Nativity nears, caves offer themselves. Perhaps their unfathomable mysteries will call us into a personal movement exploration of the deep interior of ourselves.
