Tis the season when the veil grows thin. Stay open, stay awake to the mystery unfolding. Let your body become the bridge between worlds, a prayer in motion. Give thanks to the ancestors who dreamed you into being, and dissolve the stories that no longer serve. We dance in devotion to life itself—mystery, magic, and all that shimmers just beyond the veil.
Facilitator Notes
Kristikka discovered 5Rhythms in Los Angeles in the 90s but it wasn’t until she landed in Austin that this practice took hold of her in a big way. Now, after decades of dancing, she’s stepping into facilitating this sacred practice by training with the ecstatic dance OG O’skar Madera and mentoring with DJ Esme.
