Let’s lay down our maps.
The straight lines.
The switchbacks.
The well-worn trails.
Let’s enter the sacred wilderness
of our bodies—
each breath,
a prayer of surrender.
Each step,
a movement toward the not-knowing.
This is the dance of becoming.
Of remembering.
Of trust in the meandering.
Let the zig zag dissolve.
Let the rhythm
carry us into flow.
Let’s unmap ourselves—
and let the Way
show us where to go.

About Jeannie Adair {Leontine}: I craft music mixes as healing journeys, weaving stories of connection and resilience through global rhythms and voices. I believe in the power of somatic movement to heal body and soul, and as a pathway to deeper awareness and expanded consciousness.
