Please be sure to read the Online Dance Guidelines.

Invitation: Forest Medicine

Our intention is to connect with the spirit of the forest and the medicine that it holds. Remember a time when you were deep in the forest, feet grounded on Mother Earth, the sound of a distant river running through the night, stars shining bright between the branches. Come and honor the forest and all the life it holds as we dance and move together.

Mikaya is a facilitator and DJ who aims to inspire our connection to dance and movement. His previous sets can be listen to for free at SoundCloud.com/mikayaswabb.

Dance Mix

You can either download or stream the music.  Downloading the file is recommended to prevent poor quality or freezes from limited internet bandwidth.

Download mix to your computer here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sN8dogJgCvAUAqSsNFLtXaeccWyCpmbi/view?usp=sharing

When the new page opens, instead of clicking the “play” triangle, click on the  icon (upper right) to download the file.  (If you use the option, you will be streaming from google.)

If you prefer, you can stream the music from SoundCloud by clicking below.  Clicking the triangle streams it here; clicking on the file name opens SoundCloud, where you will see track names.
