It can be hard sometimes to keep an open mind. It can seem like the problems we face are insurmountable and will never change or get better. It’s important for us to regularly grieve and honor our losses ~ and equally important ~ to reset our mental / emotional framework. A negative attitude can influence our perceptions and decisions in obvious and not-so-obvious ways. Losing oneself in a wave is a GREAT way to reset the framework.
