Heart and hands These times carry the weight of transformation and while it’s turbulent we can trust the fall into the body. It’s here where we will be held. As we dissolve we evolve. The process asks us to stay the course with all that is unknown. This dance may not always be pretty and most certainly not contained. In the breakdown we are also building our collective intention. It is a resonant frequency, the dance floor of the Shaman that resides within us all. Together we move this prayer from our hearts and begin to build with hands that will present a new future.
