This volunteer shift is a very quick setup & door/table support before the Partner Dance workshop. As part of this volunteer spot, you get to attend the workshop but do not receive an extra dance voucher. You may miss joining in on the first 15 minutes or so of the workshop to support at the table, but this shouldn’t impact your ability to learn and participate.
Please arrive promptly at 5 pm for your shift and seek out the Room Coordinator or CJ O’Reilly to be shown your volunteer tasks.
Because this is a very short volunteer shift with a quick setup, it’s important to arrive on time. We have access to the space at 5:15 but will unload some items from the trailer first to speed setup.
There are close locations for those with mobility challenges.
