Do you have the discipline to be a free spirit?

— Gabrielle Roth

Structure, boundaries, guidelines, and discipline can feel like the enemies of freedom.  As our community ventures out under guidelines established by our government, some folks resent the loss of freedom.  But guidelines can also support freedom if we see them in a positive light.  This is how dance works, isn’t it?  On Sunday, let’s practice tapping into the freedom to be found within structure.
