This dance invites you to release yourself to the beat, to let go of the mind and allow your body to be captivated by the rhythm. It’s a chance to try on the tempo of the heartbeat, the breath, the sun, the moon, the seasons, and the arc of a life to more deeply sync with your own native beat.
