As autumn turns the world golden, we are invited to gather and release what no longer serves us and to honor the cycles of life. Like falling leaves, we can let go with grace, making space for renewal amongst the decay. Come to dance with the crisp air of transformation, and in celebration of the beautiful cycles of impermanence.
Facilitator Notes
