As the Worm Moon rises, the earth awakens—and so do our dreams. This is a time to shake off the stillness of winter, step into movement, and bring our visions to life. In this evening’s dance, the invitation is to feel into the space between dreaming and waking, letting rhythm guide us into flow, intuition, and renewal. Join us as we dance our dreams into being, fully alive and present for what’s to come this spring.
Facilitator Notes
Bob Swoap is a professor of psychology and expressive arts therapy at Warren Wilson College. He facitates events at WWC as a part of the wellness program, connecting students and community members through ecstatic dance, mindfulness programs, and resilience-building. Bob crafts an eclectic mix of world music, tribal rhythms, and danceable tunes. His sets are designed to create a joyful, trusting atmosphere that fosters inner and outer connection, embodying the belief that music and movement are medicine.
