AMC’s vision is a world that moves in harmony where all are free to be their authentic selves within a loving community.

But what is harmony?  We recognize it when we hear it or feel it, but it is nearly impossible to define. It involves an acceptance of differences.  It’s likened to ease and peace.  And it comes close to synergy.

This is an invitation to immerse yourself in sound and movement in order to deepen your somatic understanding of harmony and disharmony within yourself, with others and within a collective.
