We are invited to move to the energy of the elements:
Grounding with earth, feeling the sharpness and focus of fire, being cleansed and reshaped by water, lifting in flight in celebration with air, and finally landing on the shore of ether.

Facilitator Notes
Marta has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 20 years, using music and movements from around the world. She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit of the music.
